Online Customer Portal

Whether it’s an online customer portal for a Health Insurance company or credit allocation for a financial service provider, we produce the conceptual design, implement internet appearances and online branch offices, which in turn enable personified dialogues with customers. 

We planned and implemented a tailor-made back-office system and a content management system for a Health Insurance company.

A financial service provider needed a completely new Customer Information System for his credit system which we implemented in a project that lasted several years. Requirements included, amongst others, the administration of securities and engagements as well as programme modules for credit checking.

One example of the integration of individual solutions is the introduction of ICIS to an insurance company. The standard software was enhanced by a custom-made solution in the policy management sector and so met the customers special requirements. By linking the financial accounting software, the new system integrated perfectly into the IT environment.
